my reviews of some free anxiety apps:
(all of this are for ios)
the first one is oak, it’s not really about anxiety, it’s for meditation but for me meditation is a really important part of my day, to calm my self and prevent anxiety, this is a really good app for those who don’t know how to meditate, i personally love it- 10/10
the second one is anxiety test, it’s not that much i mean you take a test and it tells you how severe is your anxiety but honestly i wouldn’t trust this types of tests, you should see a professional so it’s a 2/10
-mindshift, it’s really good, i love it because you make daily reports of your anxiety and of how you feel so it’s good to keep yourself on track, you also have ways to calm anxiety or to prevent it and you have lots of info about everything bout what is anxiety and etc- 10/10
the last one is clear fear, it’s nice because you have a safety net where you have the lines you can call when you are feeling really bad, then you have things you can do, you basically write down things that you know that you can do to stop/prevent anxiety attacks and then +
you have people i can talk to, you add a name and a phone number of someone that you love and that can help you with your situation, and then you have some exercises to clear your fears which is quite helpful, personally i liked it but i’m not gonna use it it’s a 8/10
