Okay.... This is random but I used to be a certified framer at Michaels Arts and Crafts. This thread I'm reframing a picture, with mount things from Amazon. They're a but pricy but it's literally what Michaels uses and there's enough to last you a long time.
Step one: remove past bad decision. You should never put tape on your art work, stop that.
Step two:

Tape your mat and backboard together like a book. (I used the cardboard that came in the frame. At Michaels we used uncut mat board).

It's best to use acid free tape to protect your art. Place your picture inside.
Step three:

Position the picture how you want it. Gently lay something soft but heavy in the middle to prevent it from moving. I used a bean bag.
Step four:

These are mounting strips. The clear plastic goes over the photo holding it in place. Cut the strip into 1in strips. A good rule is 2 stips for each corner.
Step five:

Place the strips. When you pick up the photo is shouldnt move. Use more /longer strips for bigger art. You can see I cut part of the sticky side off to make them fit on the right.

(you can also use those clear photo corner mounts but these work better)
Throw that puppy back in the frame and you're done! You can now display your art proudly and safely!!
