It’s exceedingly clear that the media has decided that it wants to engage in what I’ll call the “FDR strategy” with respect to Biden and his clear mental incapacity

Yep, it’s time for another thread, but I’m pretty sure it will be short cc @PolitiBunny @wjjhoge @PatriarchTree https://twitter.com/trumpwarroom/status/1307752575354261505
But, the press knew he had this disability, and they were complicit in hiding it. Now as a disabled person I don’t think anyone should have voted against him because of his disability. To be blunt, walking is not a bona fide occupational qualification of being the president.
And so I can understand why members of the press would feel that personally, his inability to walk should not influence the election. But it was not their decision to make. The people had a right to know, and make up their own mind, even if they would reach the wrong conclusion.
Joe Biden is mentally impaired. And everyone in the elite knows this. That’s why so many top Democrats and NeverTrumpers tried to come up with any excuse they could to justify skipping the debates: because they are afraid that Joe Biden will have a senior moment in the debates
I have said before that the Biden campaign is a fraud being committed on the American people as we speak. But that fraud is not just being perpetrated by the campaign, but also by the press.
They certainly cannot believe for one moment that his cognitive decline is not relevant to the job as they did with FDR and his disability. Clearly basic mental competency is a bona fide occupational qualification for presidents.
No, they have made their own decision that even with his cognitive deficits, Biden is more desirable than Trump. Maybe they believe, as I do, that Harris will replace him very quickly. And maybe you agree with them on this.
But basic republican principles require that the government get the consent of the people, and that consent needs to be an informed consent. This kind of fraud on the people violates that right of consent.
So they might be following the FDR strategy, but it is wrong. It was wrong with FDR and it is even more wrong when the disability being hidden is highly relevant to the president’s qualifications. And it needs to stop.
