If you’re going out to a restaurant some tips to keep your friendly hospitality safe(r), a thread...

1. Don’t stick you dirty napkins into glassware. It’s not helpful and now we essentially get to put our hands in your mouth.
2. Just wear the mask. Don’t try to game the system. Just put it on. Don’t like it? Cool. Stay home. I work two jobs and wear a mask 8-10 hours 6/7 days a week. You’ll be fine.
3. Don’t make us do multiple trips back and forth to your table. Bundle all your requests as a group so there is less time spent at the table for us with unmasked people.
4. Please come out to eat in small groups. Don’t ask to make a reservation for 16 people and then try to convince us that 2 tables of 8 is totally fine. It isn’t.
5. Be nice. Be respectful. Be decent.
