Give Yourself 30 Minutes to Stay Connected, to respond to text messages, check notifications, accept friend requests, and respond to comments. I know you still want to.

Subscribe to Your Favorite Websites via RSS or Email.Using RSS readers may be a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it will save you from a lot of distractions. But, it can also get addicting. So schedule catching up on your RSS reader as well. #SocialDilemma

Do exciting stuff. Write a book. Plan a trip. Whatever. Just be awesome!
Most importantly, live a life that matters and you don’t have to get your satisfaction and fulfillment from likes and shares ever again! #socialdilemma
Have a morning routine..
I don't mean this in an annoying do-yoga-and-drink-pressed-juice type of way. I just mean don't spend the first 30-45 minutes of your day in bed, scrolling on your phone.  #socialdilemma
Don't use your phone as an alarm
Ergo, forgo the temptation of starting ur day on your phone by getting a real alarm clock. We are all human. It's hard to not put your phone away if it's already in your hand. Remove the temptation. Don't use your phone as an alarm. #socialdillema
Power down before bed-
You'll sleep better if you don't spend your evening staring at a screen. Try putting down your phone/electronics 30 minutes before you go to bed.
This one is hard - I am literally in bed writing this at 1:41 a.m.

Don't sleep with your phone next to your bed
On that note, don't sleep with your phone next to your bed. I sleep with mine in my bathroom to remove temptation... and guess what? It works. Simply removing it from arms reach makes me use it considerably less. #socialdilemma
Keep yourself busy
Easier said than done. It's our instinct to pick up our phones if we have a free minute. Heck, we'll pick up our phone if we have a free second. This is why you need to keep yourself busy. #SocialDilemma
Schedule your posting/social media time & Delete social media apps you don't love. #SocialDilemma
Leave your phone in your bag while driving. #socialdilemma
Let your phone die. Instead of running to charger and continuing to waste our life, just let it die and don't plug it in until need it again.  #SocialDilemma
Actually say goodbye to people. Alright I need to go. I'll message you later!"
Text them later when you have more time! Bada bing! It is that easy. You're able to put your phone down without guilt.  #SocialDilemma
Go on a walk/run without you phone
Difficult but try! #SocialDilemma
Spend some time going through your accounts, and spring clean your connections: Unfollow or mute ANYONE who makes you feel bad about yourself or your business. The mute button is a powerful tool for your mental health when it comes to social media. #socialdilemma
And last but not the least- Watch #SocialDilemma Twice. You will know what I’m trying to say. Goodnight.
