One day, y’all will realize that these corporations own more land than we could ever dream of, or catch up to — it’s okay to break a few of their windows!!!!! Stop treating businesses like they’re neutral (or even helpful!) in the fight against racism.

Everything comes back to landowners. who do you think has the money and influence and lobbyists to make change? The same businesses on your Main Street, USA. The collective voice of the people has *never* been enough to intact change. Break all the windows.

Sinclair Oil Group’s Family: 395,000 acres

Bezos: 420,000 acres

Co-founder of The Gap: 440,000 acres

Cofounder of SUBWAY: 925,000 acres

Owner of the LA Rams: 1,400,000 acres

Our very own Reed Family: 1,700,000 acres

Founder of CNN: 2,000,000 acres

And almost all of them are using this private land to generate more income...and that’s just private land. Now let’s look at corporations...

McDonalds owns $28.4 BILLION worth of land and buildings.

Starbucks has 21,000 locations in the US. If they can lobby to have their rent lowered, why can’t they lobby for the people’s rent too?

Friendly reminder: “40 acres and a mule” was reversed after Lincoln’s assassination. It never happened. And in 1865, when it should have happened, there were FOUR MILLION slaves in the US. If you have descendants from this time, there’s an 89% chance they were slaves.
