i dont trust cis or trans ppl who view being trans as something thats horrible, negative and includes constant war with oneself. they think that ppl who are trans wish they were anything but & its extremely harmful. transness can and IS beautiful and liberating too (1/4)

im not saying that being trans doesnt add a new layer of oppression, im just saying that thats not all there is to being trans. not all trans ppl hate themselves and have life-crippling dysphoria. and the ones that DO r not more valid than the ones that don't (2/4)

when i see trans ppl on twt expressing that they love themselves and r happy that theyre trans n find the good in it, theres always this one person whos like "theres nothing GOOD about being trans" or "trans ppl r being killed everyday, its not some quirky thing to just BE" (3/4)

so do you want us to be miserable lifeless beings 24/7??? like we wake up and the first thing we thing abt is how we're trans and hate ourselves? please make it make sense. also i got inspo to write this thread cuz i was thinking of this deleted sc (4/4)
