only eating fruits and chicken breast for the next 4 days.. (a thread)
so i’m starting this tmr (monday) and ending on thursday bc I have to go on a fam dinner on friday!! eating around 300-500kcal of fruits and chicken breast, also working out daily. i really hope i don’t cheat. i’m just super motivated bc i’ve been plateauing for way too long.
day 1:
starting at 50.3kg
gained like 1kg over the weekend and now I feel so so fat and bloated :( fasting as long as I can so hopefully I will be back to 40s by tomorrow. also on my period rn.
I’m not hungry but I feel kinda terrible.. bored+tired+agitated :( idk what to do
this is so tempting?
anyone gets fasting highs? all of a sudden i feel euphoric asf
day 2:
49,5kg (-0,8kg)
went to bed last night after having some hot water with 2tsp maple syrup so i technically didn’t break my fast..? idk though. also thinking of extending my fast as long as my dad won’t suspect me. 🤢
also really annoying how you can’t edit posts bc i’m not really doing what i originally planned anymore uhhhh i could start this thread over but honestly idc
