1. Farmers Agreement of Price Assurance and Farm Services Bill.
2. Farmers Produce Trade and Commerce Bill.
3. Essential Commodities Bill.

It's pros and cons. : A thread
The farmers can take their products anywhere in India. The state governments can't levy any fee/cess on farmers.
The farmers and buyers can reach an agreement before procuring harvest. The center can regulate/impose stock limits on the supply of certain food items under extraordinary circumstances or steep prices.
Lakhs of commission agents (middlemen) in mandis of leading producer states will stand to lose their control over farmers and colossal revenue.
State governments will lose mandi tax, a massive source of revenue for them.
