I've read the #Muda website and I admit, I'm not really impressed. It gives vague promises and it heavily overlaps with other parties which makes me wonder why does it have to exist in the first place? They could have joined DAP or PKR instead of splitting the progressive vote
Let me tell you how vacuous and redundant the party feels.

There is no manifesto or promises page on their website so I would have to read each section. Don't worry, it's not long.

First promise is that they will bring "new change" to the country but it's unclear what change
You can promise great change but change can be for the better or for the worse. The fact that you can't even outline the change in what direction you want sets off alarm bells in my head.

You don't need heavy research. Just point to a vague direction your party is heading
Here's the main meat of the promises on their website and it's incredibly vague and it signals to a valueless vacuum within the party.

The only arguably solid notion of a stance is inclusivity but that already overlaps with DAP or PKR. Why not join them instead?
Other than that, the things they promise are practically meaningless. They promise to uphold the constitution and the Rukun Negara but the question is how and in what way? In contrast to who? Which party is challenging those concepts? Isn't everyone accepting the Constitution?
The last two promises are not policies. They are simply means to an end. They promise a fair and equal way for each of their members to speak up but never mention how and promise the use of data and the digital stage for campaigning which is also a means, not actual policy
Even fascists can use data and the internet to organise their campaigns but you wouldn't see people praising them for their ingenuity for using data. Because what matters is the policies each party puts forth that determines the value of the party, not how it communicates
Here's arguably the final promise for the party. The promise to have their finances be audited and accountable (which PSM already does but whatever) which again, isn't a policy promise but a means promise. Makes the party cleaner but doesn't tell me what the party stands for
