WAYS TO WORKOUT/BURN CALORIES : A THREAD
NOTE: I made this thread as a reminder for myself so i've probably left a few things out.
1. walking/jogging!
For someone w my weight walking 3.3 km burns ~ 100 calories!
2. standing instead of sitting
This is easier for people who have a standing desk, but even if you don't, you can try studying/reading a book/browsing social media while standing up!
3. bodyweight exercises
To tone the body and get your desired proportions, bodyweight exercises (eg. sit-ups, squats) are useful!
4. dance!

6. sports!
Playing sports of any kind can burn a lot of calories-up to 300 calories an hour! (for someone weighing 100 lbs)
7. keep moving!
Although it may not seem very effective, finding ways to constantly burn calories (fidgeting, moving leg) can burn a lot over time!
