I’m so confused why are the pro-ship / anti-antis supporting bi/pan lesbians...? That shit is ACTUALLY harmful. It gives off the impression that lesbians can be attracted to men and they can’t that’s why it’s LESBIAN. Not bisexual or pansexual.

If you like men but prefer women you are still a bisexual but with a preference. If that preference is really that important to you then make a new sexuality. Don’t make/use a harmful label.

There was already a tweet showcasing a man talking about how lesbians might be bi/pan now so now he has an excuse to invade lesbian spaces. I can link it, but it’s not surprise. This is exactly the issue.

I lost count of all the lesbians voicing how uncomfortable they are with “bi/pan lesbians” because it makes them feel invalidated. They have every reason to be. You are literally saying that they can be attracted to men when they aren’t!!!

Please just stop... I hate feeling like an exclusionist. I don’t understand how bi/pan lesbians ARENT harmful. Seeing a lot of people I look up to support that kinda thing sucks ass.

Like, just use a label that can’t be harmful or just make a new one.
