The filmmakers attempt to manipulate people into fearing technology that the filmmakers say is manipulating them.

There's no need for the lies and half-truths in the film. We can empower people instead. We can offer solutions instead of baseless fear.

I was interviewed for 3 hours for the film and all my clips were cut. There was no one in the #TheSocialDilemma offering a different perspective from the "tech is bad" narrative.
That's a worse distortion of facts than what the movie claims happens on social media.
