1. Social media. After watching this sobering documentary (I contemplated deleting my @Twitter account), there's no doubt that the negative effects of social media (addiction and the breakdown of society) are perpetuated by the need to make profits. https://www.netflix.com/title/81254224?s=a&trkid=13747225&t=cp
2. Climate Crisis. Capitalism's need to forever generate economic growth means the environment is continually exploited. Carbon emitting industries are protected due to their vast wealth creation and political power. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2019/mar/18/ending-climate-change-end-capitalism
The Covid crisis has made the divide between rich and poor even more apparent. While billionaires increase their wealth off the back of the crisis, millions face poverty on meagre benefits and food banks.
Capitalism = greed = human misery. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.businessinsider.com/billionaires-net-worth-increases-coronavirus-pandemic-2020-7%3famp

It's as though the stars have aligned and these three crises will hasten the downfall of capitalism. In it's place, Socialism can care for society and our environment while continuing to run a legitimate economy.
