Update:
There are some complications happening with his overall health and found that he has Hydrocephalus and said that he is in need of surgery.

The cost of the surgery more or less would again amount to 10k USD converted. Tho this isn't fix and may still be lowered, hopefully. rn he is having hard time to walk and occassionally would vomit. They said it be useless if he won't get the surgery bc he won't get to walk.
