Since everyone was really into the topic of most haunted places in Puerto Rico. Here’s a thread of locations to visit if you wanna be a Ghost hunter for a day:
1. Teatro Tapia, Viejo San Juan.

It’s one of the oldest theaters in the Americas. It’s internationally known to be a paranormal hotspot. Some reports include: apparitions, shadows, voices, footsteps, etc. Important to note that these experiences have not been malignant in nature
2. Fort San Cristobal, Old San Juan.

It’s the largest fortress built in the Americas. There are various legends of tragic deaths that trapped their souls in the fort which still roam the site. Some reports include disembodied voices in multiple languages, Shadows, footsteps, etc
3. Intercontinental, Ponce.

This hotel was built in the 1960s and abandoned 15 years later. It was popular for its modern architectural design and it’s one of the most popular paranormal sites on the island. Reports include: disembodied voices and screams, footsteps, shadows,etc
4. Hotel El Convento, Old San juan

Now a luxurious hotel, the building used to be a Convent. Mother Superior Doña Ana de Lansos is said to be the most popular apparition on site. The are also sightings of robed apparitions of nuns roaming the halls.
5. Roosevelt Roads, Ceiba.

The former US naval base was abandoned in 2004 after pressure from locals demanding the halt of military exercises in Vieques. Sightings include a pilot in uniform that roams the base in the mornings, as well as a female apparition near the barracks.
Casa Betania, Puerto Rico.

Also known as the Casa del Aleman (or German's house), the building dates back to World War II. The old, dismantled house is said to scare its visitors with sounds of chains and footsteps.
7. Hotel Normandie, San Juan

Inspired by a steamboat of the same name, Normandie was built in 1930s. Its known for the ghost of a woman walking the corridors who committed suicide by jumping from the balcony of her room. Its also said that the ghost of a child roams this hotel.
8. Guajataca Tunnel, Quebradillas

The tunnel was originally used to transport sugarcane in the 20th century. In the 1940s, a train accident left dozens of people dead inside. It is said disembodied voices of the victims crying and yelling have been heard through the tunnel.
9.Highway PR116 - Guanica/Lajas

Local legend says driving down this road you will experience hearing a horse neighing in the middle of the night. There has also been sightings of a woman in a white wedding gown that is believed to be searching for her lover.
10. Hospital Buen Pastor, Arecibo.

This hospital has been abandoned for several years. Locals report screams, baby’s crying, sounds of monitors during the night, intercom, alarms, and footsteps. One particular hotspot for paranormal activity in the building is in the Morgue.
