I love how the people in the gallery looks like anime con goers
makes the extravagant designs of the main characters fit better in this universe

also I like that von karma is like. instead of being 500% arrogant and rude, he's an assertive old man who knows his stuff (even if the stuff is morally wrong), feels more believable(?)
idk, it's less stereotypically cartoony and more how a corrupt old man would actually be irl
