People are promised a fee for selling their kidneys and they are duped. Furthermore, the surgeries

where the organs are harvested are poorly done and many of the victims die due to lack of proper care. Those that survive will not get the money or given peanuts and they will be threatened with death if they dare to report.
People are tricked with an hope of travelling abroad

and they are trafficked to Egypt where their organs are harvested. Many of the victims don& #39;t survive to tell the story.
PS: please never think of selling your kidney or any other organ because of money. Don& #39;t be too desperate to go to Europe
