after v said it had been a long time since someone called him w his real name kaito started calling him chris again while everyone else stuck with v... i dont even mean this in a shippy way i just think its Right. let them be friends again. let them reconcile
i honestly really like v and kaito, romantic ship aside, because you just. get a glimpse of their growth. the fact that they managed to duel together against mosquito man and basically helped each other& #39;s combo shows how deep their bond still is and how they reconciled
v also implies that it was their first tag duel which honestly makes me lose my mind considering how well they worked together and how much v believed in kaito as his student then and as his former student And a valid duelist now
AND A VERY IMPORTANT THING IS: kaito showing playful rudeness to v is super important considering how its ? implied that he looked up to him a lot. now they stand equal and the student can even surpass his teacher
again all of this is not meant in a shippy way. their relationship can be appreciated just like this. i just really love them as characters first, then i love them as a pairing second
i perfectly understand it might not be everyone& #39;s cup of tea because of the brotherly / mentor thing but. i just want people to like their relationship even when seen as 100% platonic... please stan v and kaito they& #39;re cool i think
