Personally can't bc when I was a teenager I had to confess all the porn I was watching to my old cis man psychiatrist, bc my feminist mom found out and thought I was scarred for life.

In retrospect that, itself, seems more like a kink scene than an actually-lived traumatic experience but it was BAD and I have never brought it up in therapy! But what is quar Twitter for if not unearthing formative shame?

I don't know if this is the kind of thing you work through with a therapist or a pro-domme or both
