Mitch McConnell’s plan to install a third Justice nominated by a President who promised they would overturn Roe v. Wade is an affront to RBG’s legacy for reproductive health and rights.

His priorities have always been crystal clear. It has never been about the health of our country, especially during a pandemic, nor about racial justice for Black & Brown people, nor allowing people to make decisions about their own bodies. It has always been about power.

Elections have consequences, and our lives are on the line. Voters do NOT want the confirmation of a new Supreme Court Justice until we’re heard at the polls. RBG’s seat is the people’s seat. Let the people decide.

And for Senators who stand with Trump now and allow him to fill this seat with another anti-health, anti-abortion judge, you *will* lose your job come January.
