Finished S02E01-7 of PEN15.

It's hilarious, brilliant, dramatic, moving, difficult, original. Wonderfully written.

Congratulations @annakonk and @mayaerskine! It's a tough year, tough week, to get noticed. Everyone should watch this show!

There's a thing Maya Erskine does - she flips a character from being played by a 7th grader, to be played by a grizzled middle age woman, and it's magic on the screen. Perhaps the best TV scene I've seen since John Lithgow did Churchill in "The Crown" S01E9, the portrait scene.

And Anna Kolkone's character goes through an amazing arc, bookended by the scene at the pool party in E01, and the E07 ending where she sits with her mom at Antonio's, accumulating confidence, composure and strength along the way.
