#CorporateCornyn has a long record of trying to keep Texans from getting the health care they need. After the Affordable Care Act was passed, Cornyn opposed closing the Medicaid coverage gap in Texas — even though we had the nation’s highest uninsured rate.
#CorporateCornyn voted 20 times to repeal the Affordable Care Act — earning him the name "Repeal& #39;s Top Salesman."

His schemes could gut protections for 4.8 million Texans with pre-existing conditions, increase Texans’ premiums by 78%, and impose an age tax on older Texans.
Why would @JohnCornyn fight so hard to keep millions of his constituents uninsured and without health care?

Follow the money: #CorporateCornyn has taken more than $1.9 million from the insurance industry since he was elected to the Senate.
And #CorporateCornyn’s bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act wouldn& #39;t have just gut your health care — it also gave health insurers a sweet $145 billion tax break.
Since #CorporateCornyn couldn& #39;t get the votes to repeal the Affordable Care Act, he& #39;s repeatedly supported lawsuits to overturn it.

Now, his political allies are suing to repeal the ACA. The Supreme Court will hear the case in just a few weeks, and Cornyn is standing by.
#CorporateCornyn desperately wants to repeal the ACA for his corporate donors, even though he KNOWS that millions of Texans are depending on it — especially now, in the middle of a pandemic and an economic crisis.
