#CorporateCornyn has a long record of trying to keep Texans from getting the health care they need. After the Affordable Care Act was passed, Cornyn opposed closing the Medicaid coverage gap in Texas — even though we had the nation’s highest uninsured rate.
#CorporateCornyn voted 20 times to repeal the Affordable Care Act — earning him the name "Repeal's Top Salesman."

His schemes could gut protections for 4.8 million Texans with pre-existing conditions, increase Texans’ premiums by 78%, and impose an age tax on older Texans.
Why would @JohnCornyn fight so hard to keep millions of his constituents uninsured and without health care?

Follow the money: #CorporateCornyn has taken more than $1.9 million from the insurance industry since he was elected to the Senate.
And #CorporateCornyn’s bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act wouldn't have just gut your health care — it also gave health insurers a sweet $145 billion tax break.
Since #CorporateCornyn couldn't get the votes to repeal the Affordable Care Act, he's repeatedly supported lawsuits to overturn it.

Now, his political allies are suing to repeal the ACA. The Supreme Court will hear the case in just a few weeks, and Cornyn is standing by.
