First things first, my thoughts on Azrael.
He& #39;s my main problem I have with this entire tier list. Slow ≠ bad, I feel like that& #39;s the only thing you& #39;re basing your judgement off when it comes to him.
His assist kit is REALLY good and although he might be slow, 236A + Assist --

covers his neutral and fucks over a shit ton of characters.
His dash allows for easy cross ups that some characters aren& #39;t able to access. It comes out really fast and almost has no lag to it, so you can throw this baby out and they won& #39;t be able to react to this --

Azrael basically SHITS out damage, you can get an easy 9k off of a single interaction and then reset them with some dumb fucking jank that they weren& #39;t able to react to.
Not to mention both of his supers come out STUPID quick. One of them is basically a full -

screen frame 1 super, and it being basically frame 1 fucks over literally any safe jumps you had with your characters.
Oh, and he has a reflect with weird properties. It comes out quick and he& #39;s invul for the entire time he& #39;s reflecting something. (For example, B zio.)

Next, Adachi.
Putting Adachi anywhere besides S tier is a crime. j.B midscreen or close up is a crime, his pressure isn& #39;t the best but with an assist he can do the dumbest shit.
He works well with less characters than Yumi but his good teams are FAR better than Yumi& #39;s good --

A zio and B zio are actually stupid fucking tools that enable his partners to do some really dumb shit. For example, 6P + A zio + B zio + AS with Azrael lets Az either cross them up with dash or mix them up with 214C/236C.

good and consists of useful tools to help characters in certain matchups that they are struggling in.
He has godlike oki to where it doesn& #39;t matter if you get lower damage than characters who can just shit out damage, you can literally just reset them with a mix-up --

He has flaws, but even the best of characters have flaws. Carmine has a flaw, and he& #39;s stupid as fuck.

Next up, Jin.
Jin does NOT deserve to be in the same tier as Adachi. Jin has WAY less shit than Adachi does. He& #39;s good, but he isn& #39;t godlike by any means. I really feel like you only put him here because he has good synergy with Susan.

Tank imo deserves to be a little bit higher too. He has unblockable setups with a lot of characters and his Neutral isn& #39;t god awful. It isn& #39;t good, but it& #39;s not god awful.
correction: azrael is mid at most but he certainly isn& #39;t D tier
