Since Canada's own court upheld the Mi'kmaq right to fish as stated in the 1701 Halifax treaty, why are the local politicians not selling an injunction to stop their citizens from breaking the law?
Perhaps the Minister of DFO respecting the SCC Marshall decision, should apply for an injunction against those Canadian fishermen breaking the law.
