I've given a lot of thought to this, and so it may take a few tweets to fully state, but here me out!!

I believe women in a marriage should be subservient to their husbands in every way.

If your a Christian person, like myself, the Bible is very clear - "Wives, submit to your husbands" (The second part is often forgotten - "Husbands, love your wives as Christ loves the Church" and for the record, Christ's love for the Church is unending!)

If you're not a Christian, you may say, "Well this doesn't apply to me," but it does!! Traditional societies all around the world all independently arose in a patriarchal structure - the men were in charge! (There are exceptions to the rule, but they only prove the rule)

If everyone around the world decided men should be in charge of a society and in charge of a home, there's a natural, biological reason for it!! They're stronger, more primal and better able to protect.

That said, feminism was needed too, but REAL feminism.

REAL feminism is women being able make their own choices; freedom from arranged marriages and dowries, freedom to pursue a career, freedom to live of life of their own choosing.

That said, when a woman is married, she should submit to her husband.

Even if she has a career, it should be pursued at his choosing to support the family. He is the breadwinner, she is the caretaker of the home and family. If my husband wanted, I would stay home, have a clean house, and be naked at all times so that he could have me at his desire.

And honestly, if he wanted me to wear heels, so be it. If he wanted to share me with friends, or encouraged me to be a hotwife, so be it. Marriages is partnerships, but every partnership needs a leader; he will be mine.

That said, I'm bisexual; so I guess I'll do some more thinking and have another thread for that sometime. Just some Maya thoughts!
