I don't buy the argument that Londoner's don't care about League.

I feel many don't know London has a Pro team.

With the highest catchment area in the sport of 9 Million, no city has more potential for the sport than London.

Super League English club catchment area 2 million.
More Australian's live in London than live in Townsville QL or Penrith NSW.

More Australian's alone live in London than the entire population of Huddersfield, Castleford & St Helens.
Many Union fans will be paying £50 plus for a ticket.

Wasps fans are becoming tired travelling a 180 mile round trip to Coventry.

4 months of the season don't even clash.

How many of these fans know there is a pro Rugby League team in London?
Ealing isn't a good ground. It maybe cheap but it's a Gazebo.

By car it's accessible but come on Trains don't run on a matchday.

If Ealing got promoted this ground would not be accepted into the Prem. With good reason.
If it was a finished stadium maybe there would be potential
Brisbane Road - Leyton Orient

Would be a great new LONG TERM HOME.

Very accessible from all parts of London and even the home counties.

I know pepole knock free tickets but they raise exposure of the game.

Easy for Kings Cross too.
You can't expect London to get a fanbase playing against part time teams no one in the city will have heard of, in a sport no one knows about.

Can a Londoner point out Swinton on a map majority will point to Wiltshire not Manchester.

Point out Leigh they will point to Southend.
London Broncos matchday ticket prices are also more expensive in the Championship than SL

The RFL @TheRFL and Broncos @LondonBroncosRL have done the minimum to promote the professional game in the capital.
Ask a Southerner how many League teams can you name it will be:
St Helens
Leeds
Wigan
Warrington (possibly)
That will be it

Even with the Challenge Cup at Wembley if you're not a Legaue fan you wouldn't know it's even happening.
I've never known a sport to look down on new fans and new places as much as Rugby League.

Instead of gathering new fans the sport would die without a wimper.

London and Toronto are the future and if they aren't the sport has failed.
