of the Tuareg tribe. According to the anthropologist Tal Tamari, linguistic evidence suggests that the Tuareg blacksmith and bard endogamous castes evolved under foreign contact with Sudanic peoples since the Tuareg terms for blacksmith and bard are of non-Amazigh origin.

14. In the Tuareg areas of Algeria, a distinct tenant-peasant strata lives around oases known as izeggaghan. These peasant strata have blended in with freed black slaves and farm arable lands together.

There are also black peoples like the Wolof that live in Mauritania and

Azawad. They migrated up north, durig black expansions into North Africa during the Middle Ages.
CONCLUSION
Tamazgha/Maghreb was never black and never will be black!
Imazighen were never black, and black Imazighen never existed, even today there are no black Imazighen.
Haratin,

Gnawa, Ikelan, Inadan, Izeggaghan, Gurara du Zenati are all of non-Amazigh origin or are heavly mixed with Sub-Saharians wich means they are more Sub-Saharian in genetics then Amazigh. They cant be viewed as Imazighen since they arent of Amazigh origin!
Also Imazighen who view

Haratin, Gnawa, Ikelan, Inadan, Izeggaghan, Gurara du Zenati as black Imazighen, are no different then the Afrocentrists.
