Other than The Zimmerman and Kikuyu Gothic, do we have a distinct Architectural Style in Kenya?

Would it be necessary to invent or adopt one?

Big Question on My Desk.

(Let us reason together)
Borrowing a leaf from music, we can clearly see distinct sounds.

How come there are no Fathers or Masters in this field of Architecture?

Even those who would take position are doing Mashup Architecture. A canopy here, Mashakura tu.
I personally feel our survival and competition instinct is truly a disservice to ourselves and the people that look up to us for solutions.

Can you imagine what would happen if we reMastered African Architecture?

Now that we know what needs to be known.
KMRC is coming to finance The Zimmerman and other awful structures.

Can you imagine how impactful it would be if every coin mattered?
(Not just in brick and mortar)

Like if one could take Kes. 1.2m and build a once in a lifetime masterpiece? This quest is imminent

Big Q. What would happen if we #reMastered the Rotunda or Maasai Architecture?

There is only one challenge: There are no masters.

The Master is copying irrelevancies and the Pupil photocopies.

Everyone is in a Hobessian Struggle. So we wait...
I like this definition.

#reMaster:
Look at this house in Laikipia that is a hybrid of African and European Architecture.

Si our villages can look like this?

The sticks are readily available.
The stones are readily available.
We have the skills at every village.

Add courtyards and recessed wall storage from coastal region and it becomes a heaven on earth!

Bana!
