Vol. 1, Page 20: Barr redacts that THE RUSSIANS THEMSELVES SAID THEY WERE AT WAR WITH THE U.S.

REDACTION Vol. 1, Page 4: Barr leaves in Yevgeny Prigozhin (head of the "Internet Research Agency") connections to Putin - redacts his connections straight to the Russian Army.

The broader pattern: Bill Barr seems to have kept with the US Media's initial frame that the "Internet Research Agency" was "young people" "trolling" for "Putin's chef," rather than the IRA being a very well-funded, organized intelligence attack on the 2016 U.S. election.

Vol 1. Page 4: Barr redacts Russian agents on the ground in 2014 collecting images to use in propaganda, targeting Native Americans, immigrant Latinos, Black Americans - anyone poor.

Vol 1. Page 15: Barr redacts the complexity of the IRA operation from 2013 onward.

Vol 1. Page 16: Barr redacts significant increase in resources and complexity in Project Lakhta between 2013 and 2014.

METHODOLOGICAL CONTEXT: Barr's reasoning behind most of these redactions is that there's a criminal case ahead.

Vol. 1 Page 16: Barr obscures how private corporations were key to making a military/intelligence operation look unaffiliated with the Russian state.

December 2016, Russian intelligence is convincing U.S. activists to salute "Brother Eugene" in front of the White House and other places *using Facebook.*

Reminder: Mark Zuckerberg was MADE AWARE WITH CRYSTAL CLARITY that Facebook was being used for political warfare in the U.S. and other countries.

Vol. 1 Page 21: Barr covers up 2014 strategy document from Russian intelligence detailing very specific goals for 2016 propaganda operations on social media.

Vol. 1 Page 23: Barr covers up the extensiveness with which Russian intelligence was able to use Facebook's proprietary audience tools to enhance propaganda effectiveness for the 2016 election.

Vol. 1 Page 23: Barr covers up Russian targeting of Americans on every part of the political spectrum, Left, Right, Center, and other.

NOTE: I understand redactions, classified intel, all that.

MUCH OF THIS STUFF WAS IN CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS, OR YOU COULD GOOGLE IT.

So it looks like Barr was just trying to water down how bad Russia attacked us - AND CONTINUED TO ATTACK US WITH THE GOP'S IMPLICIT SUPPORT.

This doesn't look like Barr was trying to protect investigations - it looks like he was trying to give Mueller less to testify about - and that it wouldn't sound as bad - or as worth continued criminal investigation.

And...now it's all coming out.

Vol. 1 Page 24: Barr hides the intensity of Russia's attack on the 2016 election using FACEBOOK. By 2015, Russian intelligence's goals were clearly defined - radicalize U.S. citizens, destabilize political institutions, MAKE AMERICANS MORE HATEFUL.

Vol 1. Page 26: Barr hides Russia's use of TWITTER in particular to INTENSIFY RADICAL GROUPS IN AMERICA.

Also the goal was for Russia to impact the opinions of average Twitter users and INFLUENCE THE US MEDIA'S COVERAGE OF POLITICAL EVENTS.

Vol. 1 Page 26: Russian intelligence created a list of "target accounts" on Twitter for their trolls to impact: politicians, public figures, public opinion leaders.

Barr thought you shouldn't know about Russia's activities.

REMEMBER: The United States Intelligence Community was out with the Facebook and Twitter stories in general by January 2017 in PUBLIC TESTIMONY.

The notion that Barr was "protecting" investigations seems like horseshit.

He was preventing MUELLER from talking about it.

Remember, MUELLER would be coming out with his report, which the WORLD waited for.

By reducing Mueller's ability to discuss Russia's attack, Barr limited Mueller's ability to warn Americans for the 2020 election and *allowed* Congressional scumbags to call it a hoax.

This is *very tricky* of Barr. He leaves in the fact that the U.S. Government has these emails - which hypothetically would harm an ongoing case - but hides the bit where it would be obvious that Trump's kids are UNDER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION.

Vol. 1 Page 88: Barr does the same thing to cover for George Papadopoulos, hiding the fact that a CRIMINAL search warrant for him was issued in 2017.

Barr covers up that the information about *just how many of Putin's thugs* Papadopoulos contacted *during the Trump campaign* was obtained by Mueller through 2017 criminal search warrants.

Which include LinkedIn, which - come on - makes this funny/sad.
