Dr. Emoto’s “research” has a beautiful message, but it’s pseudoscience. Relying on pseudoscience to try to validate spirituality is a disservice to spirituality and science. We shouldn’t need water crystals to encourage us to cultivate kind words, deeds, and thoughts.
To the witch water can hold energy. All things can hold energy energy. That’s why we “charge” things. However, the water crystal experiments have been peer reviewed, attempted to be replicated, and proven to be scientifically false.
That doesn’t validate or invalidate spiritual ideas, just that we shouldn’t try too hard to give everything a pseudoscientific basis for metaphysical practices and concepts. Science is amazing. Magick is amazing. Sometimes science can help us understand magick, often it doesn’t.
