We start off with the black horse, which is a symbol of death, and it's the first thing we see so basically it's announcing what is going to happen/what happened in the end.

We see then how Gaga with a headpiece that looks like the respiratory system or a bird. They keep trying to get her back to life, the guy approaches to give her CPR (why he opens his mouth) and sort of grabs her ankle to say you're trapped in this cycle (checking her foot irl)

Next scene shows us a representation of the accident Gaga went through but how she imagines it in her head. In real time, at this point she died. We see her foot with a red bracelet symbolizing the blood and a reference to The Color of Pomegranates (1969). Also the bike

Then she follows the dark horse guy which is going to show her how it all happened because she is confused. As soon as she enters, we see the guy banging his head on a pillow, which was then the car scene, also being a reference to The Color of Promegranates (1969)

She raises her hand almost like an oath that she is going to tell the truth. She starts explaining and then we see the girl with the mummy that represents the guy that got killed, with the blue cops in the back. Then the "doctors" come which put the blanket on top of the guy

Then after she confessed, this couple calls the paramedics and they go to help the dead guy. There are also bystanders who in reality are the ones who take a selfie. Then the paramedics (supreme force) come down to see what happened and give Gaga her punishment in her head

Gaga then dances in front of a little lake like that part of the oasis, also the whole film takes place at an oasis in reference to the 911 lyrics. The nurse flashes her with a light to try to bring her back to life while they give oxygen to one of the affected guys in reality.

Next scene which is now already iconic, Gaga in real life was about to die completely with a white rose, she was going to heaven but then the nurse and cop bring her back to life as we can see in the quick frame. The rose dies. Reference from Fellini of 8 1/2

This next scene shows how the guys in blue (police) and in yellow (firefighters) are almost like announcing Gaga's death in her world because of the horse. But they were running to help everyone, like what they do after you call 911

In this scene, the lady is holding a snake almost like telling Gaga the accident was her fault. Gaga almost has a convulsion and this is where the mental health takes part, she is very anxious, wants to die and reaches for the black bodysuit. The guy tries to check her heart
