1. The Epicenter of high voltage political drama in name of #Farmers is #FPTC Bill which is to kill the MONOPOLY of local mandis ( #APMC) so that farmers can sell their produce anywhere. This is not going to shut down #APMCs & stop Minimum Support Price ( #MSP)

2. Right now farmers are bound to sell produce to fixed #APMC at MSP. After this bill, they could sell it to anyone anywhere at their preferred price. And if they did not get good price outside they have an option to sell it at APMC at #MSP which they have been doing so far.

3. This bill is giving away an option and not taking anything away. The protest is entirely politically motivated & as empty as #anticaa protests.
4. #Akalis are declining thus #HarsimratKaurBadal is milking this to gain some electoral benefit in the upcoming #Punjab elections.
