This is a place holder for a 1951-era McCormick pumpkin pie spice in as seen in this ad from the 11/19/1951 Evening Star (Washington D.C.). Hunting since July I have yet to find one! Note the pie spice graphic and pry top.

The previous two tins may look similar, but note the big "Mc" having a white line inside vs. the solid Mc. I've found ads and known-date tins with the white line Mc from 1939-1959. In 1962 the solid Mc appears.
