Hospital Covid patients UP now topping 1k.
From 633 to 988 in just 6 days in England.

Wales with a population of 3 million seems to have nearly as many as Scotland with 5 mill pop. But Scotland often seem late with updating hospital data.

So in 24 hours v low. Usually P1 hospital cases where swabbing and processing close by.

But it shows what a lag there is in turn around

Yes. Testing is up but so is the crucial positivity rate.

Now 4.1% of people tested in Pillar 2 (⬆️from 3.1% previous week)

And 1% of people tested in pillar 1 (⬆️ from 0.6%)
