As we approach Election Day I believe the @JoeBiden @KamalaHarris team should focus it's resources and energy on four categories of states in this order.
1) States Biden absolutely must win: Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota. Without these states Biden can't win.

2) States Trump absolutely must win. Ohio and Florida. While Biden doesn't necessarily "need" either of these states, Trump absolutely needs both of them. If Biden can flip either one of them blue Trump is finished.

3) States that could potentially flip Red to Blue. Arizona, North Carolina, and Iowa. These states again are not necessary but flipping any one or more of them blue could give Biden breathing room in a close election.

4) States that are blue but which potentially could be flipped Red under the right circumstances. Nevada and Virginia. While these are likely safe blue, under the right circumstances they could flip. Biden must not take them for granted.

I'd probably add New Hampshire to category 4.
