I bought this can of... cookie mix... and now I& #39;m baking them.
Gonna be honest, it was a pain to mix (no water or oil, just softened butter and an egg) and the dough smells... unpleasant. Like canned corn.
I mean I guess that& #39;s to be expected but I& #39;ll report back

This is after being in the oven for 20 minutes (recommended time is 15-18). They hardly browned at all and spread out a little more than I would have liked.
The good news is they smell actually kinda good, at least fresh out of the oven. Taste testing coming soon!

Alright, results are in. Verdict?
Pretty good! A tad weird still... it& #39;s less like corn bread and more like a sugar cookie that happens to have a bit of creamed corn in it somewhere, but I& #39;d make them again! Shouldn& #39;t quite have gone 20 minutes, though.

I& #39;d like to update this thread because the cookies became more pleasant to me after my sense of smell was diminished thanks to allergy-related congestion.
They really do kinda smell like a cold can of corn to me, and that affected my perception quite negatively.
So... yeah.
