Our fearless (literally) leader, @morganabigail went from organizing every detail of our support this year to managing the most catastrophic weather event in her area in years. She won MoY and didn't even get to be here to receive it because she was saving lives. #NWAS20
BUT...because we budgeted for unknowns, we never missed a beat. Morgan wasn't the only one whose plans were turned 180 on them. Our plan called probably a dozen audibles but no worries. That's what we do. #NWAS20
One of those contingencies was bringing recruiting help! We had additional help from @Southrn_Melle & @Thorcaster, who dedicated some of their conference time to helping us live-tweet and were clutch in coming off the bench for us when we had to make changes. #NWAS20
Also, major props to @ElyseHagner who was called upon to lead the team behind the scenes while we were calling all our audibles. I've said before Elyse is our do-it-all member and she was the perfect person to take the reins and lead us through the week! #NWAS20
