Who decides what's "patriotic?"

Trump? Is Trump the guy who decides?

Republicans? Does only one political party decide? Because Trump specifically said in his comments about this order that it's in response to "decades of left-wing indoctrination in our schools."

I have to assume from the context, from Trump's own words, that liberals won't get to decide what is and what is not patriotic. ONLY Republicans. ONLY Christians Conservatives. ONLY Donald Trump gets to determine what is and what is not "patriotic."

What do they call it when a single political ideology decides patriotism?

Because the part that comes next is designating those who aren't "patriotic" enough as enemies of the state -- and Trump and his political party have ALREADY suggested such.
