This guy in a white t-shirt and dark jean is Dan Dlamini an owner of a Pub called Dandy lifestyle cafe, is situated ko Marlboro  and the car behind the police van are his Security guards from KA Lethabo Security Services that is owned by him too.

Apparently he is an old crook that was involved on rolax gang robberies, it is not clear how his accomplices were sent to jail for hundreds of year but he is still roaming the streets of Alexandria freely abusing not just citizens but women and children even infront of the police

Dam Dlamini is a law into himself just because he is a friend with the Bramley station Commander and the different police units from Sandton, Alexander and Bramley are changing shifts from his restaurant and Pub for free lunches and drinks with uniforms.

This Dan Dlamini can be seen clearly dragging a women from the police van out of the car to be assaulted with other unknown males that are believed to be his private army overpowered a police officer who just handed over a minor child to a by standers so that he may ran to.....

..... protect the women that was already hidden in the police van back seat but that couldn't help the poor lady from the disgrace business man that was thirsty for her blood up until now the lady is unknown what happened to her.
