I encourage people to read this speech for themselves. It is a speech on the model prosecutor, for whom the Attorney General has the highest respect. Aggressive in pursuit of justice, but dispassionate in its administration. There are thousands of DOJ prosecutors who embody this. https://twitter.com/thejusticedept/status/1306404653983240192
The AG also addressed the structure of DOJ (really, of any healthy/functioning organization), ie, the relationship btwn supervisor & supervisee. It is bizarre there is “controversy” over real-world fact that judgment of line attorneys does not rank higher than their bosses.
The AG has daughters who career prosecutors. Some of his most trusted Counselors are career prosecutors. Jeff Jensen, our US Attorney who reviewed the Flynn case, spent 10 years a career prosecutor. And the list goes on and on.
Bottom line: Read the speech for yourself, not some cherry-picked misrepresentation.

I would hope we all can agree, no matter where one falls on the political spectrum, that true justice is both letter AND spirit.
Btw, there was no calling of line attorneys “preschoolers.” The AG was making an obvious management point. Read for yourself.
