Love instant search and love @RoamResearch? I built Roam <-> @alfredapp workflow:

- Search locally = instant results
- Paste any block content = Roam as snippet mgr
- Go to URL = Roam as a bookmark mgr

Launch Alfred and type `r` : it will present you with the list of your Pages.

When you start typing your query, it will continue to search within all blocks.

You can also search **within page titles only** when you start your query with [[ – that should be familiar:

When you click TAB, pages get auto-completed to page name and blocks to the block reference.
You will get a list of all children and a "back" reference - you can effectively navigate the page using TAB-completion

You can also search for a block **within** a specific page.
- Searching for that quote from that one book?
- A discovery from that one day?

**Enter** opens your Roam block in a browser, so you can jump straight to where you go your thinking

Unfortunately, that does not work for whole Pages, because DB dump does not contain uids yet

CMD+L Shows the content of a block in a dark overlay.

When the content of the block is a URL – ENTER will go to that URL instead

Now you can use Roam as your bookmark manager

CMD+ENTER will copy the content of the block and automatically paste to the frontmost window

You have a new snippet/expansion manager too.

Can it work for Roam templates? I don't know- try it!
