Since I see all these post about spoiling your partner, I wanna tell a story... a thread
When my boyfriend and I started dating I was a freshman in college, working in my godparents business. Making enough to supply my basic needs.
My mom had just moved off the island and my dad and brother were also off island. Literally on my own at 18.
My boyfriend would go out of his way to make sure I was good. Gas, grocery, any repairs my car needed, minutes on my phone. And of course he loved (still does) to treat me to gifts, outings and trips
Now I& #39;m working in the bank and have extras to do for myself and for him. I took him away as a christmas gift, when I see he wants something I get it for him
I say this to say, you don& #39;t spoil someone just to brag about it or put yourself in a financial hole to please them. You spoil someone because you love them and they& #39;re deserving
Kev has done so much for not only me, but some of my friends that look to him as a brother.
I spoil him because he spoiled/took care of me when I couldn& #39;t do it on my own. So yep. Just because gifts are something he always does for me. I have lil extra in my pocket right now so imma make sure that gratitude is reflected
You know by now we would& #39;ve traveled twice but dam Covid...so I know hes low on his colognes. I didnt mind spending the $200 to get him 2 scents I know he loves
