My experience with @DiaryofLydia : a thread

It gives me no satisfaction to post this. I hoped lydia would do the right thing but she is incapable. She believes every word of her own lies. This is a thread of the time I found out she was lying about a serious crime

Lydia posted this to twitter. This is an alleged article that is allegedly real. Allegedly.

2. My research

I thought if she cared enough to talk to the media, I owed it to her to her to read the whole thing. I looked for the article and a line of text. Below are those searches with no result found.

2.2 I then thought if eleven officers were suspended at once, there would be some indication indication somewhere so I checked the Lancashire police archives. Below is that search (forgive the voice, I was upset)

3. The article and story
3.1 requesting the article
As lydia posted photos, we requested the link, see attached. She tried to say we asked for her cctv. We categorically did not and I request screenshots if anyone did.

3.2 the site

Today I went looking for the site. It is Lancslive. Below is the screenshot lydia posted and the header of the site. Note the "T What's on" on the header of the lydia article and the header bar on my photo. The search is for the title of the article, not found

3.3 confirming the article

I took it upon myself today to email the editor of LancsLive to confirm once and for all what the story was. I have taken out my own info as lydia is trying to dox me (see 5.3)

Over the weekend when lydia was still attacking me and fighting this story publically, I phoned the Lancashire police. They requested I send them an email and the screenshots. I was phoned back within a few minutes by a gentleman from the lancashire dpt

This officer explained that while if there was a case, he couldn't give me any details but confirmed this did not happen. As lydia kept going, I sent a further email to be phoned back by a member of Preston dpt who categorically confirmed this as false.

Lydia has made a number of threats against me including suing me, calling the police and having my legal practice licence taken away, despite the fact that Im not practicing and a am qualified lawyer. I'm currently a secretary

I also stupidly posted my number which she threatened me with, above, and below for convenience.

This is hard to read. But it's important to note the differences. This was posted a year ago. She states the cameras were off. It was covered up. Now, just over a year after this tweet, the case is over, all eleven suspended and convicted

And plenty of articles out there, and she now has a copy of the cctv footage showing her being beaten and raped. The cameras were off.
Further if this was covered up still on June 2019, how was an article posted a few days after the incident in 2018? An article the editor

Of the site itself says never existed. Justice is not swift. Not to get through a full investigation in a year. Not two years. Not for this kind of crime. Where are the articles lydia herself claims exist? Where is any mention of eleven officers being suspended at once?

Lydia further claimed in 2019 that in 2018, the officers broke her wrist during the assault. Screenshots below are her statement and a screen grab from a video posted to her YouTube page on 03.07.2018 allegedly recorded 28.06.18 per the description.

8. Conclusions

I didn't want to post this. I gave lydia multiple chances to come clean but she dug in and threatened me, my career and my character. I don't make this claim lightly. I am a survivor. I have begged to be proven wrong. My DMs are always open.

This is painful for me to do but what's more painful is seeing someone lie about the one thing anyone ever wanted - their day in court to watch their abuser go down in flames. And I can't get past that. I supported lydia but I can't just ignore this.

I have only ever asked to see the article lydia herself posted as evidence to end an argument. When looked at, it just doesn't add up. I'm happy to be proven wrong. I have offered to pay damages but I can't be provided with one single link and the only evidence is debunked.

9. Why am I going public
I have asked, begged, lydia to just provide the article link. Just one. As evidenced above. Today this was sent to me. So here is is Lydia, this is my proof. I never wanted to do this.
