Chris Rock is probably saying out loud what many are thinking. He& #39;s an idiotic 5 year old. The Democrats are the only adults in the room. Therefore, ultimately all our problems (including the pandemic) are their fault.

In May, Congress (which is led by a Democratic majority), passed a major bill that would mitigate the effects of the pandemic.
