This happened in one of my Soc classes at Queen's right when deregulation was a big deal, and it was me and one other person out of a class of 250. https://twitter.com/BrandonTozzo/status/1306566547150864386
Fun thing about Soc at Queen's at that time - it had the lowest grade average to remain in Honours, so had a real swell in enrollment in third year.
In retrospect, no wonder Dr. Richard Day, anarchist prof, was very kind to me in particular, it was a pretty wildly entitled place.
Oh man... I just remembered when the cohort got a prof fired because they didn't like the grades they were getting in Stats. That was ... not the empowering student movement it may sound like.
Anyway, at the time they had the highest socio-economic demographic for students in all of Canada, so that says a thing, I guess.
Also a really active PIRG at the time, which was cool! Obviously the hegemony wasn't complete!
