how to help with your period for anybody who needs it ! a thread :]
drink lots of water !! it'll help with keeping you healthy and your period will go away quicker
eat some chocolate or any other cravings if they're around, if not, maybe eat some toast and have a glass of milk !
use a heat pad for cramps :]
if you dont have a heat pad here's a link on how to help !! (safe)
also try not to eat lots of junk food, eat healthy too while you're on your period
change/wash your pad,tampon,menstrual cup etc. every few hours and before bed and when you wake up
make sure you wash yourself too especially down there ! there's a lot of bacteria that can build up just from you menstruating
