Bit of a tough job since the Arts Council's troubles with research, evidence and data etc have little to do with a lack of technical expertise and everything to do with leadership and sectoral politics

It cannot be the job of the CDO to "Change the organisation’s culture to put data at the heart of our decision-making". They can do their bit, do their best, as some of us have done over the years without success.

Anyway, whoever goes for this and whoever gets it: you have all my support and I'd happily have a friendly chat with anyone who wants to go for it.
