there are multiple of these where a cop pistol whips a suspect and shoots their friend in the head

so far the closest thing to an actual accident rather than negligence is a cop who got hit by a freak ricochet off a door and between the boards of a fence. everything else has been negligence, suicide or murder

if you’re a black cop don’t ever go off duty because judging by this, the second you do the other cops will instantly get amnesia and see a strange black man with a gun and shoot you
