Are you further financially enriching and rewarding a bigoted person who has made it her mission in life to target trans people with oppressive abuse by purchasing said game? 100%

That a moral dilemma that every person facing the conflict between their fandom and desire to support minorities needs to answer and reconcile for themselves. I don’t envy you. It just sucks all around.

Here’s a thought — if you’re going to buy the game because you’re still a big fan of that world and it means so much to you (legit) and hate what the author has become (double legit), maybe also spend the same amount in supporting trans artists.
